Support Groups

The Center for Prevention of Abuse offers a variety of support groups to meet the needs of our clients and our diverse departments. Support groups are an important piece to the healing process and give our clients the opportunity to share their story with others who have similar experiences.

Domestic Violence support groups are offered on a weekly basis at our main campus in Peoria. These groups are available for individuals who have experienced verbal, emotional, financial, and/or physical abuse in their relationships. Support groups are available for drop-in once an initial appointment has been completed with a counselor. For more information, please call 309-691-0551.

Sexual Assault support groups are offered at varying times at our main campus in Peoria. For more information, please call 309-691-0551.

Tazewell/Woodford County support groups are offered at varying times. For more information, please call 309-353-7512.
