Ducks are now on sale for CFPA’s 32nd Annual Duck Race! Adopt your duck today here!
CFPA’s signature fundraiser, the Duck Race, is the longest running duck race in the country. Thanks to generous sponsors, 100% of the proceeds raised through this event go to support all of the free and confidential programs and services offered at CFPA to help all women, men, and children live free from violence and abuse.
Community members can sponsor a duck for $5 now or form a fundraising team now through Race Day on August 29 when 30,000 ducks will race down a giant water slide at EastSide Centre in East Peoria. The person whose duck makes it to the finish line first will win $10,000 cash sponsored by Associated Bank. Second prize is $5,000 cash and third prize is $1,000 cash and Away luggage. The first 15 ducks to cross the finish line will win fantastic prizes for their owners ranging from gift cards, electronics, kitchen appliances, local experience packages, and more.
Join us on Race Day, August 29, at 4:00 p.m. for live music, food trucks, and fun for the whole family. The race begins at 6:00 p.m.

Race Day logistics may change due to COVID-19 and the recommendations of the Illinois Department of Public Health, the CDC, and Governor Pritzker. Stay tuned for final details.
