CFPA’s employees and leadership team work hard to cultivate a supportive, client-focused, and caring work environment. Our therapists, counselors, advocates, caseworkers, communications team, and administrative department work from their hearts to ensure all clients feel safe, protected, and at home.
If you share CFPA’s mission to help all women, men, and children live free from violence and abuse, are passionate about helping people, and are dedicated to making a difference in the community, we would love to hear from you.
New hires, interns, and volunteers must complete a background check and fingerprinting. CFPA does not discriminate in the hiring and employment of agency personnel, in the selection and utilization of volunteers, or in the provision of program services on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, ancestry, ethnic or national origin, place of birth, marital status, disability or handicap, or veteran status.
